1. Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original packaging.

3. Returns
You may be required to return the product at your expense. Once we receive and verify the return, we will process the refund.
4. Refund Timeframe
Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
5. Exclusions
Opened or used products may not qualify. Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
